  • Glitter/ Embellishments (limited if I have supplies )



You choose what you want to paint. Check our my gallery or send me ideas and we can build one together.

For Kid’s Parties: Please let me know their favorite music



WHERE AND WHAT:

You provide:

1.Location/Venue , if outside please let me know immediately to discuss if it is possible due to weather. Garages are great too!

2.Chairs for painters

3.Tables ( folding tables are preferred)

 
A 6ft table can fit 6 painters total, no more. That’s 3 to a side.

A 8ft table can fit 8 painters total, no more. That’s 4 to a side.


Indoors is preferred..


OUTSIDE EVENTS MUST PROVIDE CANOPIES/COVER FOR ENTIRE PAINTING AREA.

Weather is too unpredictable and will blow canvas and supplies off of the easels. If you are hosting outside, please let me know what your set up will be

-AC plug accessibility near painting set up. A sink or running water (THESE ARE REQUIRED)

-PARKING UP FRONT NEXT TO THE VENUE IS REQUIRED.  

-If there is no free parking available, the cost of parking will be included WITH the minimum.




LENGTH OF SET UP, PARTY, AND CLEAN UP:

Set up:
1-2 hours  before start time of party, timing depends on number of painters for set up

Party: 2-2.5 hours (15 minute late start only if people have not arrived) this also varies on the class and level of difficulty of picture.


LATE START:  If the party isn't able to be started on time, not due to Pinky’s Painting Party but rather the host and guests, an additional cost of $35 per half hour will need to be paid prior to the event officially starting.  If I am unable to push back the start time, the event will start at the time agreed upon and end within 2-2.5 hours.

For example the event starts an hour later, an additional $75 will be need to be paid prior to starting.

Clean Up: 1-1.5 hours, can be less with help from painters



PRICING: Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, Cash App, Cash– accepted forms of payment


$600 minimum that covers up to 20 painters. If you have a party smaller than 20, the price is the same. 

$30 each for any additional painters over the 20 covered by the minimum.

NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR GUESTS WHO DO NOT ARRIVE BUT WERE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE.

For example, you paid for 30 painters but only 25 show up. NO REFUNDS are given for the 5 who did not show up.


Travel Fee: I  am based out of Oakland, CA.  If your event is over 30 miles round trip, there will be a travel fee. Amount based on distance. Contact me for information.

A deposit will need to be collected to reserve that date we agree upon.

The remaining balance will need to be paid 2 days before the event, again the EVENT must be PAID IN FULL prior to the event taking place.

 

The deposit is refundable up to 15 days prior to the event.

No refunds after this date or rescheduling offered.

If you have to cancel after that date you forfeit your deposit. 


 

BOOKING WITH LESS THEN 15 DAY GRACE PERIOD: 

If you book a party with less then 15 days till the event, you agree and understand that no refund is given for the deposit for any reason. Rescheduling with the deposit is not offered.
